I googled multiple immigration lawyers for a super visa for Canada for my mum and decided to go visit Simard & Associates based on my intuition after having spoken with them. It could not have been a better decision. To begin with, Suki, who answered all my initial emails was quick to respond and clear in her correspondence. She connected me to Jennifer for an interview with whom I had a very satisfying and comforting experience. Jennifer and Alex (my lawyer) spent enough time with me to go through my case and went well beyond the half hour that was allotted to me. I explained my case to them and they in return asked me multiple questions to make sure that they were best suited to handle my file. Jennifer, multiple times advised me not to pay the invoice till she verified and confirmed certain questions that she needed to clarify.
