Investment Visa Hong Kong (GEP Stream) for Foreign Entrepreneurs AND START-UP

Investment Visa in Hong Kong is a form of work permit that allows overseas investors to relocate to Hong Kong. This can be done either through investing in a local business or by establishing and running their own start-up business in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Entrepreneur Visa

Investment visa also known as Entrepreneurship visa

The Hong Kong Investment Visa lets people from other countries move to Hong Kong either by investing in a local business or by starting their own business there. To get this visa, investors need to have a local business or a newly started company with a business plan for the next 2-3 years. This plan should help Hong Kong’s economy, and they should also show their expected income and expenses for the next two years.

Businesses like Information Technology (IT), Trading and Shipping, Tourism, Banking, Professional Services, Transportation, and Innovative Technology have a better chance of getting this visa.

Entrepreneurs and investors can also apply for visas for their family members, like their spouse and children. We carefully check each application and give our clients personalized help from the beginning until their visa is approved.

Please remember that Chinese citizens can’t get this visa unless they have permanent residency in another country or have been living abroad for 12 months before applying for the investment visa.

We review each application thoroughly and provide tailor-made services to guide our clients from the first step until approval of visa.

Note: Investment Visa does not apply to Chinese nationals unless they hold overseas permanent residency or have been living overseas for 12 months immediately preceding the investment visa application.
